Gift Card Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

Contest is open to residents of Ontario, Canada.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
A valid email address and phone number are required to enter.
Only one entry per person is allowed.

2. How to Enter

Entries were collected though the entry form located at https://forms.gle/i92hdsvpzN3biny67 .
By entering, participants agree to be contacted by phone, text or email if selected as a winner.
A note about Hotmail and Live email accounts. While they are still eligilble to enter, they have a very high bounce rate and could cause you to miss out on a prize. For free email providors, we recommend Gmail.

3. Prize

Prizes consist of gift cards to local businesses in Bradford, Ontario.
No cash substitutions or transfers of the prize are permitted.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries at on the first day of each month.
The pool of eligible entries is reset monthly after the winner is drawn.
Selected winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question before receiving their prize: “What is 15 + 6 x 2?”
Winners will be contacted by phone or email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. After 48 has elapsed a new winner will be selected.
Winners will be required to meet in person to receive their prize and have their photo taken with the gift card. The photo may be used on social media to confirm prize distribution. Photos will appear after both gift cards are awarded.

5. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to allow their first name and photo to be published on social media for contest winner announcements.
Century 21 Heritage Group and Michael Bailey reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet eligibility requirements.
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other third party.
